A typical Nerf party runs 1.5 hours, including setup, a safety briefing, multiple game modes, and breakdown. Extensions are available in 30-minute increments for $100 each.

For 20 participants, plan for roughly 80 by 40 feet, about the size of a tennis court. NerfPalooza can set up at backyards, parks, cul-de-sacs, school fields, church parking lots, or any safe open area.

Yes. All equipment meets or exceeds industry safety standards, coaches have 5+ years of experience, and every event includes a safety briefing plus full liability insurance coverage.

Should you need to reschedule your event for any reason, you must inform us at least 48 hours beforehand. Your deposit will then be valid for one month from your original event date. You must schedule a date and time within the one month. During this period, we will do our best to accommodate your event in our schedule. If you do not reschedule within this one-month timeframe, or if we are unable to find a suitable date within that period, you may forfeit your deposit. At Nerfpalooza, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring all our clients experience the excitement and fairness aligned with our services.

You can continue your Nerfpalooza event in the rain. However, please note that an equipment cleaning fee of $300 will apply if the event proceeds in wet conditions. This ensures that all our equipment is properly cleaned and maintained for future use. We are dedicated to providing a fun and fair play experience, regardless of the weather, while also preserving the quality of our equipment.

At Nerfpalooza, the safety and enjoyment of our participants are our top priorities. To ensure the well-being of our players and the longevity of our equipment, we have specific requirements for the event environment. We cannot perform events in locations that pose safety risks, including in the rain, on loose dirt, on slippery grounding, on muddy grass, or in dog parks. These conditions can lead to accidents, equipment damage, and an overall poor experience for all participants. We recommend pre-checking your location for the best Nerfpalooza experience.

Nerfpalooza is all about unleashing fun and embracing fair play, but when it comes to securing permits for your event, it's something we can't do for you. By law, we are not allowed to secure permits under someone else's name, so this important step must be completed by the host themselves. We recommend checking with your local authorities to understand the specific requirements for your event venue. Remember, getting the right permits ensures your event runs smoothly and legally.

At Nerfpalooza, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience is our top priority. To facilitate this, payment must be completed and collected before the start of your event. We offer flexibility by accepting payments either the day before to a week beforehand or the day of the event. Please note that events will not commence until payment is secured. This policy helps us maintain our standards of service and guarantees that all arrangements are in place for an unforgettable experience.

All deposits are final and non-refundable after hours. It's important to understand that merely discussing your event or receiving a quote does not secure your booking; a deposit and a confirmation email are essential. If you place a deposit but do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, contact us immediately to verify your booking. Our reservations are managed through a real-time availability calendar on our website, and time slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not hold slots without a deposit, so act promptly to secure your desired time.

All changes to existing reservations must be communicated in writing via email to Nerfpalooza. We do not accept changes made through text, phone, or in person, and we will not be responsible for those requests. To avoid any issues, please confirm any changes you want to make to your event after a reservation has been made.

Locations that are more than 25 miles in one direction from our starting location will incur a mileage fee of $1 per mile, applied to your total event. Online bookings are subject to a 6% fee, which is outside our control and does not contribute to your event total or deposit. Each package includes a specified number of players, and additional players can be added at $20 each, or $40 for archery tag. Payment for the full amount including any additional charges, is required at the start of the event. Additional time may be added on at a rate to be determined by us should scheduling allow.

NerfPalooza reserves the right to capture photos and videos during all events and to use this content on our website and social media platforms, unless the client provides written notice requesting otherwise.

All participants in your event who wish to play or engage in any NerfPalooza activities must sign the required liability waiver. Safety equipment must be worn at all times whenever a player is holding one of our blasters—whether or not it is loaded or powered on—or whenever a game or activity is underway. Additionally, anyone under the age of 18 who is within six (6) feet of the battlefield during active play must wear safety gear or relocate outside the area to prevent potential injuries. NerfPalooza welcomes participants of all ages, from 5 and above! All players under the age of 18 are required to wear NerfPalooza-issued protective gear in order to participate.
