Policies & Terms

Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your total package cost. Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received and confirmation is sent.

Full Payment: The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event before setup begins. We accept cash, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards. Setup will not begin until full payment is received.

Rescheduling: Events may be rescheduled before the scheduled date without penalty, subject to our availability.

Weather Policy: For outdoor events, if severe weather (such as heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions) makes it unsafe to proceed, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge. Weather-related decisions are made at NerfPalooza’s discretion with safety as the top priority.

Waiver Required: By booking with NerfPalooza, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all participants under your supervision and accept all risks associated with participation in our activities. This includes, but is not limited to, accidental injuries, physical contact, equipment-related incidents, environmental hazards, and any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the event.

Liability: By participating in a NerfPalooza event, all participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical and recreational activities. NerfPalooza, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from normal gameplay, participant actions, or failure to follow safety instructions. While NerfPalooza maintains appropriate insurance coverage and prioritizes safety, participants voluntarily assume all associated risks.

Safety Rules:All participants must follow all safety rules and instructions provided by NerfPalooza staff at all times. Failure to comply with safety guidelines, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate removal from gameplay without refund, at the sole discretion of NerfPalooza staff.

Equipment Damage: Participants and/or the event host are financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage to NerfPalooza equipment. Normal wear and tear from standard gameplay is expected and covered through the 10% insurance fee. Costs for severe damaged equipment may be charged to the booking party.

Policy Acknowledgment: By booking and participating in a NerfPalooza event, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all waiver, liability, and safety policies outlined above.

Service Area: We primarily serve the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles County, Ventura County, San Diego and The Inland Empire. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area.

Setup Requirements: The event host is responsible for providing adequate space and safe access for setup and gameplay. Access to the event area must be granted at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Delays in access may reduce gameplay time and do not qualify for refunds.

Participant Requirements: All participants must be age 6+ for each activity. NerfPalooza reserves the right to restrict or deny participation to any individual for safety reasons.

Behavior Policy: NerfPalooza maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers others, violates safety rules, or risks damage to equipment. Removed participants are not eligible for refunds.

No refunds are issued in the case of misconductive, disruptive, and/or unsafe behavior. Nerfpalooza takes pride in running a smooth event. If the coordinator is unable to have participants comply with safety rules and follow the rules of the event, their guardians will be involved. If the guardians cannot correct the behaviors, the event may be canceled due to the risk to the coordinator's well-being. We always want the event to run its full duration — if all circumstances are not resolved and an event is canceled early, no refunds are issued.

Photography & Media: NerfPalooza may take photographs and videos during events for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. If you do not wish for participants to be included in any promotional materials, written or verbal notice must be provided to NerfPalooza staff as soon as possible.

Agreement to Terms: By booking or participating in a NerfPalooza event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms of Service, Booking Policies, and Waiver & Liability provisions.
