For a group of 20 participants, you'll need approximately 80 feet by 40 feet (about the size of a tennis court). Larger groups require more space. Popular locations include neighborhood parks, school fields, church parking lots, and spacious backyards. We're mobile and adaptable to various environments.
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Summer weekends book up quickly, often 4-6 weeks in advance. Winter months have more availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as you have a date in mind to secure your preferred time slot. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.
All our activities are outdoor-based. In case of rain or severe weather, you can reschedule at no cost with 24+ hours notice. Your deposit transfers to your new date. For winter birthday parties, we recommend booking indoor venues or covered areas to avoid weather-related cancellations.
